Returns Policy

Welcome to Sheshecang!

Our goal at Sheshecang is for you to love every item you order, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We aim to make the return process as simple as possible for you.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in their original boxes) within 30 days of fulfillment, for store credit only. Please note that items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Returns will be processed for store credit ONLY. Returns made in person at designated Sheshecang locations are free and will not incur any shipping label fees. Mail-in returns will incur a $6 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. International returns will also be processed for store credit only.

Happy Returns

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to provide quick, easy, and environmentally sustainable returns in person across the U.S.

As of December 5, 2023, Happy Returns will only be available for returns of 2 items or less. To initiate your Happy Return, simply click here. Happy Returns will email you a QR code and an Express code to present at your local Happy Returns location. Please ensure you set up the return before heading to a Happy Returns Bar, as they will not accept your return without a code. No shipping boxes or mailer envelopes are needed for returns at Happy Returns locations.

If any returns do not meet the requirements outlined above, our dedicated customer service team will reach out to you via email or phone. For any inquiries, please contact us at sheshecang@outlook.com.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you include photos of any damage to expedite the process. While we strive to accurately depict the colors of our clothing, variations may occur due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects, but you are still welcome to return the items.
